Oh joy...first update for 2008. And just like 2007, I have new resolutions for the year, walling ones that is. For 2008, I hope to make wallpapers from series which rarely appears on most wallers' walling radar. In other words, seriously under-walled. Well, there are many reasons for that, i.e. crappy anime, lack of good/wallpaper-suitable scans but most often of all, the tendency for most to make wallpapers for high-profile animes *cough* Gundam Seed, Naruto, Bleach *cough*.
So, long story short. Here's Choco from the kawaii imouto series Chocotto Sister.

Third and final wallpaper that completes my walling resolution for 2007. First was Manabi Straight!, followed by Lucky Star and to end it, a Hidamari Sketch wallpaper with the sweet duo, Hiro and Yuno. With that said, the 10th episode of Hidamari Sketch has just been released today. w00t!!!

A trip down memory lane again and this time it is Ruri Hoshino from that nostalgic series, Martian Successor Nadesico. Furthermore, it is a total revamp of an earlier wallpaper made in 2003.
Some of you guys/gals might remember the old version if you have been around four years back. As usual, new version is now available in 1600 x 1200 resolution.

Time to shake off those cobwebs and do something which I haven't done in a long while, a scene background wallpaper. For that, I choose Kotonoha Katsura from this season's latest anime release, School Days. Have been pretty much pre-occupied with a lot of good stuffs lately, notably Seirei no Moribito, Claymore, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai, Devil May Cry and Zombie Loan. I would like to add Zero no Tsukaima: Futatsuki no Kishi into the list but I'll hold off for a while till all the groups have picked up this series (hopes for a Froth-Bite release).

Hmm...not sure if Kyoto Animation is trying to milk the fans' enthusiasm for its releases (ever since Suzumiya Haruhi) to the max, but KyoAni's latest offering ain't really up to what I had expected. I am hoping their upcoming Clannad project delivers the goods. But anyway, here's a super-moe Lucky Star wallpaper featuring Konata Izumi and the in-the-air half of the twin sisters, Tsukasa Hiiragi. The characters were rather easy to vector this time since I am using solid black for the outlines as opposed to using a darker hue of the surrounding area's color which I did for my previous two walls.
Now that I have a Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight! as well as a Lucky Star wallpaper, I will need to find the inspiration to do a Hidamari Sketch wallie. And did I mentioned that I am aiming for a wallpaper each from the loli anime trio (Manabi, Lucky Star and Hidamari Sketch) for 2007 this year?

Forward...GO!!! Something I whipped up within a few days. Gotta love Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight! and its super-moe Manami Amamiya. A rather pleasant and fun anime laced with huge doses of industrial strength moe-ness.
ONCE AGAIN!!! Forwaaaaaard.........GO!!!
